Who We Are
IntegratingDNA is a social purpose organization. The intention of its creation is to provide a container for people who are interested in an action research project dedicated to experimenting with transdisciplinary approaches to healing through mutual learning.
Our Goal
Develop curriculum for healthcare team members to build competencies to transform collective organizational trauma. By increasing organizational coherence we will transform Trauma Inducing Organizations into Healing Organizations.
