Healing in healthcare is not only individual. It happens in relationships—and becomes sustainable when systems make room for truth, voice, practical support, and repair.

As a nurse, I have spent more than three decades alongside people and healthcare systems living with trauma, change, complexity, and the moral weight of care.

IntegratingDNA Learning Partners is grounded in the understanding that recurring distress is not simply a personal resilience issue. It may be shaped by relationships, workload, authority, communication, organizational history, and the conditions people are asked to work within.

I work with leaders, teams, and organizations to listen for these patterns; strengthen safety, dignity, and credible voice; and translate what is learned into practical, visible action. This work may include facilitation, organizational learning, consultation, and reflective coaching. It is not therapy, crisis response, or a substitute for formal workplace processes.

My practice is informed by an ongoing inquiry into Thomas Hübl’s work on collective trauma and Martha Rogers’ Science of Unitary Human Beings. This philosophical grounding deepens my attention to relationship, pattern, and the reciprocal ways people and environments shape one another.
